Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For opened products, we'll happily replace anything that arrives damaged or that does not feel right for you — message us on WhatsApp.

All OTC oral medicines and external preparations are HSA-listed Chinese Proprietary Medicines. Custom granule blends are dispensed under our clinic's TCM licence, individually reviewed by a physician before dispatch.

For most people, yes — but some herbs interact with prescription medications (notably blood thinners, immunosuppressants, and certain antidepressants). If you are on regular medication, tell us on the self-check or message a physician on WhatsApp before starting.
